The Restless Isles (Map Included)
Okay, so you've powered through 'Hiding in Plain Sight' and have taken the airship from the market to Foothold. Now what?
First off, take yer time and introduce yerself to everyone. Foothold will function as an inn if ya pay the bribe.. or maybe there is a free way? I intimidated him and got it for free.
Once you've gotten settled, logged the quest and read some lore, now it's time to get dirty. First thing ya need is to retrieve the shards for doofus. Unfortunately, this is a task and a half.
Each of the leaders of the warring tribes in the restless isles has pieces of the talisman that you need. You need to forge yerway through the isels to get to the camps and log the quests. Easier said than done. Ogres, Ogre Magi, Slimes, Glass Spiders, Wildmen and scorpions are just a few of the obstacles. You may also venture off the proper paths into a haunted mine shaft, or into a nest of Scorrows.
On the good side, there are a few chests scattered throughout the isles, (4 that I've found), but be sure to bring a good lock pickin rogue, knock aint gonna cut it.
In order to progress through the isles, you need to bypass some locked doors. In order to do so, ya need to retrieve some keys off of some Ogre Overseers, or stashed away in specific chests. To make matters a lot tougher, there is no zone map of the area, since all your work is in a cave system and for whatever reasons, maps don't work there.
Thankfully, with much help, I've been able to put together some scratchings that may help ya find yer way through the tunnels.

Once you have logged the Wildman quest in their village, either of the Wildman guides will drag ya there in the future. The same goes for the Ogre quest and the Ogre guides. Completing the quests will grant you their respective shards to return and have molded together back at Foothold, and subsequently open the Twilight Forge.
Wildman Quest: Shrieking Mines
Ogre Quest: The Head of Ghola-Fan
Both are toughies, but I would say the Shireking mines is by far the more difficult of the two. Goodluck!

Re: The Restless Isles (Map Included)
Creegan,
This map is awesome...I hope everyone takes advantage of this because it will definately make things move alot smoother.
As for the thieves...he's not joking...I know that Mach is a high skill thief just like Buh but on some of those areas Buh had to use buffs to open certin doors and chests.
So take advantage...this map will help out 100%.
Thanks for the map Creeg.

Can't wait to see the notes on the puzzles in the titan raid. Watched isldur's green side and then the yellow at the split.
Putting that into print will take some work
