Titan afterview...........
Titan went fairly well. we actually hit hem twice, and knocked him down. I know everyone hates this quest, but I think with our last two runs we learned alot......
Without his shields, spells really hurt him, so when we get his shields off at end he shouldn't be a problem.
Room by crystals on bottom lock after 2nd laser shot. This hurt us last time, when people got stuck in there.
I tried to direct pillars from the top, and they seemed to fall more erratically. So tops should probably be broken first. would have tried a few more times but I ran out of wands.
I think trying to knock him down with pillars and trip, throwing in a couple of cometfall scrolls, and he should die. Last night we really only used the trip and cometfall tatic and pretty much abandaned the pillars. A cleric up top might not be a bad idea.
Two crystal runners seemed to work, just because you get more chances at him. Even more so when the crystals are up top, cause it takes a while to get there.
You can dodge the gun if tumbling 90 degrees from him, tho I fell off top a few times doing it.
Maybe mneomatic enchancers from aution or sent to guild bank would be cheaper than scrolls? I don't hate the quest I just hate the titan.
P.s. who is the guild bank now? Maybe before our next attempt we can put out a call for spell pt potions. It was good to see a couple of new people on that raid, tho I think our best chance will be an all officer raid, plus we can probably afford it more than others.
